Land Home Contract definition

Land Home Contract. A Contract that is secured by a mortgage or deed of ------------------ trust on real estate on which the related Manufactured Home is situated (as well as by such related Manufactured Home).
Land Home Contract means a fully amortizing installment loan agreement, retail installment sales contract or secured promissory note, and the related mortgage, deed of trust or security agreement, as may be applicable in the relevant jurisdiction and customarily used in that context, executed by an obligor and evidencing indebtedness originated in connection with Land/Home Loan financing.
Land Home Contract. Each Manufactured Home retail installment contract evidencing (i) the Obligor's obligation to pay the indebtedness evidenced by such Contract and (ii) the security interest in the related Collateral; and that is coupled with a Mortgage Loan.

Examples of Land Home Contract in a sentence

  • The ownership of each Contract and the contents of the related Contract File or Land Home Contract File, as applicable, and Servicing File are vested in the Trustee.

  • The Trustee shall take all steps that are reasonably necessary or appropriate in order to facilitate the Servicer's access to the Land Home Contract Files during normal business hours of the Trustee or any custodian and shall cooperate fully with the Servicer in securing such access.

Related to Land Home Contract

  • Sale Contract means a contract providing for the sale of one or more projects to one or more contracting parties and includes a contract providing for payment of the purchase price in one or more installments. If the sale contract permits title to the project to pass to the other contracting party or parties prior to payment in full of the entire purchase price, it shall also provide for the other contracting party or parties to deliver to the municipality or to the trustee under the indenture pursuant to which the bonds were issued one or more notes, debentures, bonds or other secured or unsecured debt obligations of such contractingparty or parties providing for timely payments, including without limitation, interest thereon for the balance of the purchase price at or prior to the passage of such title.

  • Prime Contract means the contract between LOCKHEED MARTIN and the U.S. Government or between LOCKHEED MARTIN and its higher-tier contractor who has a contract with the U.S. Government.

  • Land disturbance or "land-disturbing activity" means a man-made change to the land surface that potentially changes its runoff characteristics including clearing, grading, or excavation except that the term shall not include those exemptions specified in Section 1-3 (b) of this Ordinance.
