Land Laws definition

Land Laws means together the Land Act and the Land Registration Act any subsidiary legislation, rules and regulations promulgated thereunder and any practice directions issued pursuant to the Land Act and the Land Registration Act;
Land Laws means any laws, and rules and regulations thereunder, enacted by Council under this Land Code;
