Land Laws definition

Land Laws means together the Land Act and the Land Registration Act any subsidiary legislation, rules and regulations promulgated thereunder and any practice directions issued pursuant to the Land Act and the Land Registration Act;
Land Laws means any laws, and rules and regulations thereunder, enacted by Council under this Land Code;
Land Laws means applicable law promulgated pursuant to or in accordance with the spirit of section 25 of the Constitution, including the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act, 1996, the Restitution of Land Rights Act, 1994, the Land Reform (Labour Tenants) Act, 1996, as well as any applicable law permitting or regulating the expropriation of private property;
