  • Such endorsements shall be made by a person duly registered in the appropriate category by the Georgia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, being in the full employ of the CONSULTANT and responsible for the work prescribed by this Agreement.

  • These include, but are not limited to, the following state statutes: ORS Chapter 92, Subdivisions and Partitions, ORS Chapter 93, Conveyancing and Recording, ORS Chapter 209, County Surveyors and map requirements, and ORS Chapter 672 Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
