Landing Fee Rate definition

Landing Fee Rate means a rate calculated by dividing the Airfield Area Requirement by the aggregate Maximum Landed Weight (1,000 lb. units) of the Signatory Airlines and Affiliates for any given Fiscal Year.
Landing Fee Rate means any Landing Fee Rate established pursuant to Section 606.
Landing Fee Rate means, in any Fiscal Year, the landing fee rate established by Authority and subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 8.03.

  • The Terminal Rental Rate, Landing Fee Rate and Baggage Handling System Rate for each Rate Setting Period shall be calculated as set forth in this subsection.

More Definitions of Landing Fee Rate

Landing Fee Rate means the cents per thousand pounds of Maximum Landing Weight computed as provided in this Agreement, including Articles 4 and 5.
Landing Fee Rate means the Landing Fee Rate established pursuant to Article V.
Landing Fee Rate means the rate multiplied by each 1,000 pounds of CMGLW or fraction thereof to calculate Landing Fees.
Landing Fee Rate means the rate paid by an Airline for the use of the airfield at MIA based upon a rate calculation that is described in Tab G.
