Landing Fee Rate definition

Landing Fee Rate means a rate calculated by dividing the Airfield Area Requirement by the aggregate Maximum Landed Weight (1,000 lb. units) of the Airlines for any given Fiscal Year.
Landing Fee Rate means any Landing Fee Rate established pursuant to Section 606.
Landing Fee Rate means, in any Fiscal Year, the landing fee rate established by Authority and subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 8.03.

More Definitions of Landing Fee Rate

Landing Fee Rate means the Landing Fee Rate established pursuant to Article V.
Landing Fee Rate means the amount per thousand pounds of MGLW charged to each Air Carrier for each landing at the Airport, as calculated in accordance with Section 8.02.‌
Landing Fee Rate means the rate multiplied by each 1,000 pounds of CMGLW or fraction thereof to calculate Landing Fees.
