The Landline Service is a “Fixed Service” and the Fixed Terms will apply to this Service.
CPE can only be connected to the Network for the Landline Service using a BT main telephone socket or approved connection point.
The following additional terms and conditions apply to the provision of the Landline Service.
If we send an engineer to your Home to fix a failure in the Landline Service, you agree to comply with any reasonable instructions to enable our engineers to access your Home and repair the fault.
Clause 11.1. The Concessionaire must offer to all users, mandatorily, the Basic Plan of Long Distance Switched Landline Service, Attachment No. 02, full part of this Contract.
O2 will have no responsibility for any delays (including for any liability for failure to meet Service Levels) in the commencement of the Landline Service due to delay caused by the migration of the Customer‟s existing telephone number.
In the event that you move premises and we are unable to provision a Service at your new residence, you may still be able to connect a Landline Service at the new residence and through the process of spectrum sharing acquire an engin DSL Service.

You are responsible for transferring your Landline Service and/or Call Service to another provider before this occurs.
If O2 fails to supply the Landline Service by the Target Delivery Date, the Customer shall be entitled to an amount equal to one month’s line rental charge for the relevant line.
