  • You are responsible for all information posted on the Lantum Web Platform by anyone using your user name and password.

  • These Terms may be amended by Lantum in its discretion from time to time and the latest version will always be available on the Lantum Web Platform.

  • You are responsible for any content, messages, reviews, feedback or profiles ("User Content") that you submit, post or display on the Lantum Web Platform, or transmit to other users of the Lantum Service.

  • The Client shall pay to Lantum such sums as are set out in a consolidated statement on the Lantum Web Platform in cleared funds to be received by the next occurrence of the monthly payment date agreed between Lantum and the Client (or in any event, no later than the date which is one month after the date of the statement).

  • Healthcare professionals who are registered to a Client Staff Bank and/or Collaborative Bank, may also register to the Marketplace, if they wish to offer their services for vacancies advertised by healthcare providers other than the Client or healthcare providers who are not in Collaboration with the Client, and be able to respond to Vacancies advertised on the Lantum Web Platform.
