Platforms definition

Platforms means collectively Bonitas’ websites, including affiliated websites and Member portals;
Platforms means Licensor’s websites and other content delivery systems used by Licensee and Authorized Users to access Licensor’s content pursuant to this License Agreement.
Platforms means all our websites, mobile sites, social media platforms or any other technology or mechanism you may use to interact with us.

Examples of Platforms in a sentence

  • Nothing in this License Agreement shall grant Licensee any trademarks, patent rights, copyrights, and rights to any ideas and designs relating to the Content, the Platforms, and all software used to access the same.

  • In the event that Licensor ceases to provide access to Continuing Access and/or Archive Content as a standard offering through the Platforms, Licensor may provide such Content to Licensee on physical media, or through other means, which may include, without limitation, access through the digital preservation services referred to in Section 4.5 below, to the extent Licensor’s rights to the Content permit.

  • As per these terms/conditions, all lawsuits, proceedings, claims, expenses, damages and losses and (including but not limited to the judicial expenses and attorney’s fees) which us or our group or our top executives, directors, employees or agencies may incur by due to your use of iBot Services and/or iBot Platforms or your violation of these conditions or in any way related/contingent with these shall be your responsibility and liability against us.


More Definitions of Platforms

Platforms means all electronic, digital and other media platforms including, but not limited to, "Windows Media Player", "RealPlayer", “YouTube”, “Facebook”, “My Space”, Internet radio, podcasts, playlists, and other MP3 players and services (Winamp, MusicMatch, Amarok, Spotify, Pandora, etc.). The parties recognize that additional electronic, digital, and other media platforms not enumerated in this listing (and, in some cases, not yet created or envisioned) may exist or come to exist and the term Platforms in intended to include those platforms as well.
Platforms refers to hardware systems including but not limited to personal computer and dedicated consoles (such as XBox, Nintendo, Sony Playstation, and other similar machines).
