Late Hours means any program or event that begins after 9:00 p.m. or ends after 11:00

Examples of Late Hours in a sentence

  • In addition, Landlord shall daily during the Late Hours provide to Tenant all passenger elevators with access to the Premises for use by Tenant or Tenant’s Contractors as freight elevator service, provided that Tenant properly pads and otherwise protects the interior of such elevator cabs and repairs any damage caused by Tenant’s use thereof.

  • In the event Tenant or Tenant’s Contractors and Landlord or other tenants in the Building also reserve the use of any of the freight elevators during the Late Hours, or if it is a combination of Tenant’s use and the use by other tenants or Landlord in the Building that results in the need for an elevator operator, then the Freight Elevator Expenses shall be equitably allocated by Landlord among Landlord, Tenant and all such tenants.

Late Hours shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a)(iv).

Related to Late Hours

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Hours means clock hours.

  • Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.

  • Ordinary Hours means 38 hours per week within the spread of hours which may be averaged over a 12 month period.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • charging hours means any period specified in Column 7 of the Schedule in respect of which a charge is specified in Article 4

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • After Hours means any time that falls outside the Parties’ normal Business Hours;

  • Normal Working Hours means 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding PBI-observed U.S. holidays, in the time zone where the Equipment or other items are located.

  • Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Business Hours means the hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Business Day.

  • Man Hours means the hours spent by the Supplier Personnel properly working on the provision of the Goods and/or Services including time spent travelling (other than to and from the Supplier's offices, or to and from the Sites) but excluding lunch breaks;

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.
