Lateral Pipeline definition

Lateral Pipeline means the natural gas pipeline, together with necessary taps and headers connecting the Units with the Interstate Pipeline.
Lateral Pipeline means the pipeline constructed, owned, maintained and operated by the Measurement Point Owner that connects its Measurement Point to the NorthRiver Receipt point.
Lateral Pipeline means the pipeline to be constructed and installed pursuant to Section 8.1 to connect the Facility with the Tennessee Gas Pipeline and the ANR Pipeline.
