Launch Interval definition

Launch Interval means either the First Launch Interval or the Second Launch Interval, as the case may be.
Launch Interval means [***...***] period of time during which a Launch Date is to occur, as established by the Parties in accordance with Section 4.1 of this Agreement.
Launch Interval shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 (Designation of Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Interval and Launch Date).

  • The Parties shall determine, no later than: (i) [***…***] prior to the start of a First Launch Period, a [***…***] period within the First Launch Period (“First Launch Slot”) during which the First Launch Date will occur; (ii) [***…***] prior to the start of a First Launch Slot, a [***…***] period within the First Launch Slot (“First Launch Interval”) during which the First Launch Date will occur; and (iii) at least [***…***] prior to the start of a First Launch Interval, the estimated First Launch Date.

  • No successful breeding programmes exist for Black Sea cetaceans, although some publications portray the opposite (Bogdanova et al., 1996; Lukina et al., 2001).

  • Such notification shall include, without limitation, any deviations to: the (i) Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Interval or Launch Date, as applicable; (ii) Launch Services Price; (iii) Exhibit B (Statement of Work) or ICD, as applicable.

  • If we define the mission of the sensor system as the measure of a physical quantity with quality of service (or quality control) defined by a number of factors: exceeding bounded, minimum response time, and the tend to stability, this system must be able to detect an error on the measured value and able to resolve this error.

  • If the conditions provided for in Sections 20.2 (a) – (c) are met, Contractor shall proceed with substitution of the Customer spacecraft or third party customer spacecraft as part of the Payload, and any deviation of the Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Interval or Launch Date resulting from such spacecraft substitution shall be deemed a Customer delay in accordance with the terms of Section 11.2 (Customer Delays), as applicable.

Related to Launch Interval

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];

  • Spacecraft (9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Framework Period means the period from the Framework Commencement Date until the expiry or earlier termination of this Framework Agreement;

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Field trip means any experience a child has away from the premises of the center, while under the care of center staff, whether a child walks or is transported.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.

  • System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.
