Laws means, collectively, all international, foreign, Federal, state and local statutes, treaties, rules, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, codes and administrative or judicial precedents or authorities, including the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with the enforcement, interpretation or administration thereof, and all applicable administrative orders, directed duties, requests, licenses, authorizations and permits of, and agreements with, any Governmental Authority, in each case whether or not having the force of law.
Laws of the Game means the official laws of the game of football and futsal as promulgated by FIFA;
State of principal license means a member state where a physician holds a license to practice medicine and which has been designated as such by the physician for purposes of registration and participation in the Compact.
Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.
Malta means the Island of Malta, the Island of Gozo and the other islands of the Maltese Archipelago, including the territorial waters thereof;
Good Standing means only that as of the date of this opinion the Company is up-to-date with the filing of its annual returns and payment of annual fees with the Registrar of Companies. We have made no enquiries into the Company’s good standing with respect to any filings or payment of fees, or both, that it may be required to make under the laws of the Cayman Islands other than the Companies Act.
Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;
CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;
Incorporation means applying manure using injection, disking into the soil, tilling the soil after application, or using other practices that result in at least 50 percent of the manure being placed below the ground surface within 24 hours of application and prior to rainfall.
Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;
U.S.-flag air carrier means an air carrier holding a certificate under 49 U.S.C. Chapter 411.
AT&T GEORGIA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Georgia.
Company Bylaws means the Bylaws of the Company, as in effect as of the date hereof, including any amendments.
State of Texas Textravel means the State Travel Management Program through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website and Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.
Company Governing Documents means the Company Bylaws and the Company Certificate.
In good standing means, in respect of a registrant,
Charter means the Corporation’s certificate or articles of incorporation, articles of association, or similar organizational document.
Company Charter Documents means the Company’s certificate of incorporation and bylaws, each as amended to the date of this Agreement.
State of Utah means the State of Utah, in its entirety, including its institutions, agencies, departments, divisions, authorities, instrumentalities, boards, commissions, elected or appointed officers, employees, agents, and authorized volunteers.
