Lay-off Notice definition

Lay-off Notice. The employer shall notify the Shop Xxxxxxx in advance of a lay-off or recall. All employees shall be given a two-day notice of lay-off by posting on the Company bulletin board.

  • Such requests must be made in writing to the Human Resources Department within five (5) days of receipt of the Layoff Notice.
