Common Interest means employers engaged in the same industry or members of an Oklahoma trade association that has been in business for at least five (5) years.
Leasehold common interest community means a common interest community in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the common interest community or reduce its size.
Common Interests of any Person means Capital Interests in such Person that do not rank prior, as to the payment of dividends or as to the distribution of assets upon any voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of such Person, to Capital Interests of any other class in such Person.
Common interest development means any of the following:
Common interest community means a condominium, a cooperative, or other real property with respect to which a person, by virtue of the person's ownership of a parcel of real property, is obligated to pay property taxes or insurance premiums or to pay for maintenance or improvement of other real property described in a recorded covenant that creates the common interest community.
General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.
Member Interest means an equity interest of a Member in the Company and includes any and all benefits to which such Member is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Member pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.
Constituent College means a college or institution established and maintained by the University;
Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.
Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:
Class A Common means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share.
MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;
Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.
Section 385 Controlled Partnership has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(1) for a “controlled partnership”.
Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3
Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.
Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.
Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Affiliated group of corporations means an affiliated group as defined in section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, except that, if such a group includes at least one incumbent local exchange carrier that is primarily engaged in the business of providing local exchange telephone service in this state, the affiliated group shall not include any incumbent local exchange carrier that would otherwise be included in the group.
Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:
Enterprise Fund means the enterprise fund of the Recipient in which Revenues are deposited.
Controlled group of corporations has the meaning set forth in Code Section 1563.
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
Intra-Group Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by any member of the Group to any of the Intra-Group Lenders.
Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.
