Intermediate means any chemical substance that is consumed, in whole or in part, in chemical reactions used for the intentional manufacture of another chemical substance(s) or mixture(s), or that is intentionally present for the purpose of altering the rates of such chemical reactions.
Intermediate product means marijuana flower lots or other material lots that have been converted by a marijuana pro cessor to a marijuana concentrate or marijuana-infused product that must be further processed prior to retail sale.
Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.
Intermediate care facility means a licensed, residential public or private facility that is not a
Guaranteed Energy Production or “GEP” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
Environmentally preferable products means a product or service that has a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment when compared with competing products or services that serve the same purpose. Such products or services may include, but are not limited to, those which contain recycled content, minimize waste, conserve energy or water, and reduce the amount of toxics either disposed of or consumed.
Contracting entity means any person that has a primary business purpose of contracting with participating providers for the delivery of health care services.
CSA means Canadian Standards Association;
Borrower Products means all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology currently being designed, manufactured or sold by Borrower or which Borrower intends to sell, license, or distribute in the future including any products or service offerings under development, collectively, together with all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology that have been sold, licensed or distributed by Borrower since its incorporation.
In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.
Intermediate Holdco means Sunnova Intermediate Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Energy Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements of a plan which sets an energy efficiency objective and a strategy to achieve that objective;
Onshore means all facilities except those that are located in the territorial seas or on the outer continental shelf.
Upstream means carrying a transmission to the Headend from remote points on the Cable System or from Interconnection points on the Cable System.
Stand-Alone Test Environment or "SATE" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.9.3.2.
SSA means Secondary Switching Areas defined by BSNL (generally comprising of one or more revenue districts).
Apex means a point on an alluvial fan or similar landform below which the flow path of the major stream that formed the fan becomes unpredictable and alluvial fan flooding can occur.
energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;
Consumer Guarantee means a consumer guarantee applicable to this contract under the Australian Consumer Law, including any Express Warranty.
PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix.
Downstream means carrying a transmission from the Headend to remote points on the Cable System or to Interconnection points on the Cable System.

EAG clause 35;
Sale Contract means a contract providing for the sale of one or more projects to one or more contracting parties and includes a contract providing for payment of the purchase price in one or more installments. If the sale contract permits title to the project to pass to the other contracting party or parties prior to payment in full of the entire purchase price, it shall also provide for the other contracting party or parties to deliver to the municipality or to the trustee under the indenture pursuant to which the bonds were issued one or more notes, debentures, bonds or other secured or unsecured debt obligations of such contracting party or parties providing for timely payments, including without limitation, interest thereon for the balance of the purchase price at or prior to the passage of such title.
Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 23-056 for Unit Price – Plumbing Services.
NPDES means National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
