CSA definition

CSA means the Iowa uniform controlled substances Act.

  • The making of any payments under this CSA or the Sublease shall not be construed as creating an insurable risk interest by or for the District or be construed as relieving the Contractor or his Subcontractors of responsibility for loss from any direct physical loss, damage, or destruction occurring prior to Completion of the Project.
