Leachate Management System definition

Leachate Management System means all of the components of a system to transport, collect, and extract leachate from the Development; to include the leachate collection system, and any other infrastructure installed for the purpose of handling leachate;
Leachate Management System means the structures constructed and operated to contain, transport, and treat leachate, including liners, collection pipes, detection systems, holding areas, and treatment facilities.
Leachate Management System means the overall system of pipes, collection points, conveyance infrastructure, and storage area(s) that contain leachate;
