  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Book Managers or Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Book Managers means, individually or collectively, each of BAS, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc., SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, each in its capacity as a joint book manager for the Facilities.
