Lead O&M Contractor definition

Lead O&M Contractor means the entity with primary responsibility for the operations and maintenance of the Project.
Lead O&M Contractor means the entity (whether a single incorporated entity or an incorporated or unincorporated joint venture) with primary responsibility for the performance of operations and maintenance work for the Project.
Lead O&M Contractor means the entity primary responsibility for operations and maintenance for the East End Crossing.
