  • Lessee shall additionally deliver (1) a corporate resolution authorizing execution of this Lease and confirming the authority of those persons executing the Lease, 2) certified Articles of Incorporation and 3) a certificate of existence and good standing from the State of Texas or if Lessee is not incorporated in Texas, a certificate of existence and good standing from Lessee's state of incorporation and a certificate evidencing Lessee's authority to do business in the State of Texas.
