  • Manager shall promptly notify Owner of: (1) to the extent of Manager’s knowledge, any material default under any Lease; (2) to the extent of Manager’s knowledge, any bankruptcy filing or threatened bankruptcy filing affecting a Tenant; (3) to the extent of Manager’s knowledge, any condemnation or litigation affecting any Property which is pending or threatened; and (4) to the extent of Manager’s knowledge, any release or threatened release of hazardous substances in or around any Property.
