Aircraft Leases definition

Aircraft Leases means nine 12-year aircraft lease agreements and three engine lease agreements for three CFM LEAP-1B25 spare engines as more particularly described in paragraphs 70 and 71 of the Affidavit of Michael Woodward sworn on February 22, 2024 in the CCAA Proceedings..

Aircraft Leases has the meaning specified in the definition of “Aircraft Collateral.”

Aircraft Leases means each of the lease agreements, in the form of Exhibit VIIIA, dated as of April 25, 2000, between Atlas Freighter Leasing III, Inc., as Lessor and Atlas Air, Inc., as Lessee, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, and including any lease supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of any Aircraft Lease.

• The Confirmation Order shall constitute the Bankruptcy Court’s approval of the rejection of all the leases and contracts identified in the Schedule of Rejected Contracts and Leases, the Schedule of Rejected Contracts and Leases, and Schedule of Rejected Aircraft Leases.

Aircraft Leases the collective reference to (a) the Aircraft Lease Agreement, dated as of May 30, 2003, between AVN Air, LLC and WilTel Aircraft Leasing with respect to the Cessna 560XL and (b) the Aircraft Lease Agreement, dated as of May 30, 2003, between AVN Air, LLC and WilTel Aircraft Leasing with respect to the Cessna 750 and, in each case, any amendments thereto or replacements thereof satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Aircraft Leases means the leases, subleases or other agreements (including without limitation capital leases) pursuant to which NAA operates aircraft, including all modifications, extensions, renewals, waivers and amendments to such agreements.
