Leased Access Channel definition

Leased Access Channel means any Channel or portion of a Channel commercially available for video programming by Persons other than Grantee, for a fee or charge.
Leased Access Channel means any Channel commercially available for programming for a fee or charge by Grantee to members of the general public.
Leased Access Channel means any Channel or portion of a Channel commercially available for programming in accordance with Section 612 of the Cable Act.
