Leasehold Surrender Interest Value definition

Leasehold Surrender Interest Value or the “value” of a Leasehold Surrender Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Contract.
Leasehold Surrender Interest Value means the amount of compensation the Concessioner is entitled to be paid for a leasehold surrender interest in capital improvements in accordance with this Contract.   • If, for any reason, including Contract expiration or termination, the Concessioner shall cease to be authorized by the Director to conduct operations under this Contract, the Concessioner shall convey to a person designated by the Director (including the Director if appropriate) any Leasehold Surrender Interest it has under the terms of this Contract and the Director shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, assure that the Concessioner is paid the Leasehold Surrender Interest Value.

  • newly rateable property means any rateable property on which property rates were not levied before the end of the financial year preceding the date on which this Act took effect, excluding –

  • Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class A Member as of a given date, that percentage obtained by dividing the total number of Class A Units owned by such Member by the total number of Class A Units issued and outstanding.

  • Rental Vehicle means a New Vehicle less than two years old owned by a New Vehicle Borrower and purchased directly from a manufacturer as a New Vehicle and that is used as a service loaner vehicle or is periodically subject to a rental contract with customers of the New Vehicle Borrower for loaner or rental periods of up to thirty (30) consecutive days or is used by dealership personnel in connection with parts and service operations.

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).
