Legacy Holders definition

Legacy Holders means the stockholders of Legacy Vincera Pharma immediately prior to the Business Combination.
Legacy Holders means each holder of Legacy Class A Units and/or Legacy Class B Units, individually or collectively, as the context requires, and includes each such holder after its Legacy Units have been reclassified as Partnership Common Units until such time as the Settlement Process has concluded with respect to all Legacy Units and Partnership Common Units held by such holder.
Legacy Holders means, collectively, Franklin and MacKay.

  • Rollover Shareholders means each of Expert Master Holdings Limited, Mr. Longhua Piao and UMW China Ventures (L) Ltd.

  • Company Optionholders means the holders of Company Options.
