Legacy WMS Plan definition

Legacy WMS Plan means the Scientific Games Corporation Incentive Plan (2013 Restatement), which was assumed by the Company upon consummation of the merger in which WMS Industries, Inc. became a subsidiary of the Company (on October 18, 2013).
