Legally possessed firearm definition

Legally possessed firearm means a “firearm” possessed by the named insured or any individual club member in accordance with any applicable local, state or federal laws of the state or jurisdiction within which the “bodily injury” or “property damage” occurs.
Legally possessed firearm means a “firearm the insured possessed in compliance with the local, state, and federal laws of the state or jurisdictions where the “bodily injury” and/or “property damage” occurs.
