Less than Load. Rates (“LTL”) rates are based on the freight class as determined by the National Motor Freight Classification (“NMFC”) and are weight based. All displayed transit times are estimates only and do not include day of pickup. LTL pickup dates are not guaranteed.   • Load Ratio Share means the ratio of a Transmission Customer’s Network Load to the Transmission Provider’s total load.
