Lessee Financing Statements definition

Lessee Financing Statements means UCC-1 financing statements made by Lessee, as debtor, in favor of Lessor, as secured party, appropriately completed and executed for filing with the offices listed in Part A of Schedule III to the Participation Agreement in order to protect Lessor's interest under the Security Agreement.
Lessee Financing Statements means the financing statements delivered by the Lessee in connection with the Lease and the Lessee Mortgage.
Lessee Financing Statements means UCC financing statements --------------------------- appropriately completed and executed by the Lessee, as debtor, for filing in the appropriate state (and, where required by the UCC, county) offices in order to protect the Lessor's interest under the Lease as a security agreement, as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified from time to time, and as the same shall be assigned to the Collateral Agent pursuant to appropriate UCC financing statements.
