Lessee Person definition

Lessee Person means Lessee, any sublessee, assignee, successor or other user or person in possession of the Aircraft, Airframe or an Engine with or without color of right, or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing (excluding any Tax Indemnitee or any related Tax Indemnitee with respect thereto, or any person using or claiming any rights with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe or an Engine directly by or through any of the persons in this parenthetical, but not excluding any Person claiming directly or indirectly through or under the Lease).

Lessee Person shall have the meaning specified in Section 4(d) of the Tax Indemnity Agreement.

Lessee Person means Lessee, any sublessee, or any other user or Person in possession of the Aircraft, any Engine, or any Part, and any Affiliate of any of the foregoing, but shall not include the Owner Participant, the Owner Trustee or any of their successors or assigns or any other Person claiming from or through the Owner Participant or the Owner Trustee (except pursuant to the Lease).

• Lessee shall not incur, and shall not cause nor permit any Lessee Person to incur, any Improvement Costs that, when added to the aggregate Improvement Costs then incurred to date, would exceed the Aggregate Commitments.

• Any Landowner, Lessee, Person, and/or Seasonal Water Contractor, who uses District Water for any purpose other than irrigation of a legal crop does so in violation of this Policy and at their own risk.

Lessee Person the Lessee, the Lessee Guarantor, the Sublessee, any sub-sublessee or any other user of the Aircraft, any Person in possession of the Aircraft or any part thereof and any affiliate, transferee, successor or assign of any of the foregoing (other than the Security Trustee, the Agent or any Lender).
