Cypress Premises definition

Cypress Premises means all of those lands to which the Trust has been granted rights of use pursuant to the Cypress Permit including, without limitation, the Controlled Recreation Area and those portions thereof referred to as the Alpine Ski Area, the Nordic Ski Area, the Parking Facilities, and the Maintenance Areas as well as the Surrounding Lands, all as described and defined in the Cypress Permit.
Cypress Premises means all of those Lands to which CBRLP has been granted rights of use pursuant to the Cypress Permit including, without limitation, the Controlled Recreation Area and those portions thereof referred to as the Alpine Ski Area, the Nordic Ski Area, the Parking Facilities, and the Maintenance Areas, as well as the Surrounding Lands, as described therein.

Examples of Cypress Premises in a sentence

  • Books of control and account pertaining to operations at the Cypress Premises shall be kept on the accrual basis and in all material respects in accordance with GAAP consistently applied.

  • Each party shall promptly notify the other party concerning the presence of any Hazardous Materials on or under the Cypress Premises, in violation of Applicable Laws, of which the notifying party has knowledge; provided, however, that unless required by Legal Requirements, the parties shall otherwise maintain such information confidential.

  • All charges under any blanket programs shall be allocated to the Cypress Premises and other similar participating projects on a reasonable basis.

  • Upon such request of Landlord, Tenant shall continue the operation of the Cypress Premises on a month-to-month basis, terminable on the later of (i) not less than thirty (30) days’ notice by Landlord and (ii) Landlord’s delivery of possession of the Cypress Premises to a replacement subpermittee acceptable to Landlord and the Province.

  • Tenant shall manage and operate the Cypress Premises in compliance with all obligations imposed pursuant to the Cypress Permit.

  • Landlord may at Landlord’s option from time to time withdraw moneys from the Capital Renewals Reserve provided that all such withdrawals shall be used for Capital Expenditures related to the Cypress Premises or the Improvements thereon.

  • In the event a portion of the Cypress Premises and Improvements shall be taken by the events described in Section 10.4A, or the entire Cypress Premises and Improvements are affected but on a temporary basis, and the result is not to make it impossible to continue to operate the Cypress Premises, this Lease shall not terminate and shall continue in full force and effect without abatement of Rent.

  • Further, Tenant shall not take or omit to take any action, the taking or omission of which materially impairs the value or the usefulness of the Cypress Premises, the Leased Property, or any part thereof for its Permitted Use.

  • In the event of the discovery of Hazardous Materials on any portion of the Cypress Premises during the Term, Tenant shall undertake appropriate and prudent actions to promptly remove such Hazardous Materials, together with all contaminated soil and containers, and shall otherwise remedy the problem in accordance with all Environmental Laws without duplication in connection with any other agreements between Tenant and Landlord in respect of indemnification for environmental matters.

  • Anything contained in this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, all claims against, and liabilities of, Lessee or Lessor arising prior to any date of termination or expiration of this Lease with respect to the Cypress Premises or Personal Property shall survive such termination or expiration.

Related to Cypress Premises

  • business premises means premises on which a business is conducted, premises rented in whole or in part to others, or held for rental.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Licensed premises means all areas associated with the operations of the licensee, including, but not limited to:

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);

  • University premises means buildings or grounds owned, leased, operated, controlled, or supervised by Wayne State University or Wayne Housing Authority.

  • Off-premises sign means a sign directing attention to a use, product, commodity or service not related to the premises upon which the sign is located.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • Public premises means any hotel, restaurant, tavern, store, arena, hall, or other place of public accommodation, business, amusement, or resort.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.
