Lessor Agent definition

Lessor Agent means Sovereign Finance Plc of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 000 Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx X0 0XX;
Lessor Agent means Fleet National Bank, acting in its capacity as agent for the Lessors under the Operative Documents, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
Lessor Agent has the meaning assigned thereto in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
