Examples of Lessor Taxes in a sentence
If actual notice is given by any taxing authority to Lessor that a report or return is required to be filed with respect to any Taxes (other than Lessor Taxes), the Lessor shall promptly notify Lessee of such required report or return.
Lessee will pay and indemnify each Tax Indemnitee against all Taxes (other than Lessor Taxes) as specified in Schedule 11.
If the Lessee is required by any applicable law, or by any third party, to deliver any report or return in connection with any Taxes, the Lessee will duly complete the same and, in particular, will state therein that the Lessee is exclusively responsible for the use and operation of the Aircraft and for the Taxes (other than Lessor Taxes) arising therefrom, and the Lessee will, on request, supply a copy of the report or return to the Lessor.
