Lettable Areas definition

Lettable Areas means those parts of the Building (including the Demised Premises) leased or intended to be leased to occupational tenants;
Lettable Areas means those parts of any building (including the Building) leased or intended to be leased or capable of being leased to occupational tenants but excluding any parts of such building leased or intended to be leased or capable of being leased to public utilities for the purposes of the carrying out of their statutory obligations
Lettable Areas means all parts of the Building which from time to time are either occupied or used by a tenant or tenants or capable or intended of being so occupied or used

Examples of Lettable Areas in a sentence

  • Lettable Area(s) means the lettable area as determined by VicTrack (acting reasonably).

  • If, at any time during the Term, the Net Internal Area of the Lettable Areas shall change or any other circumstances shall arise which make the calculation of the Service Charge Percentage (whether or not relating to individual items of Expenditure) unreasonable or inequitable, the Landlord shall be entitled to alter the Service Charge Percentage to such other percentage as is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

  • Repairing and (where reasonably necessary)renewing decorating maintaining, lighting, cleansing, landscaping and managing the Internal Common Areas and all Conduits Utilities or Machinery therein or in Block 3 not exclusively serving a particular Lettable Area and all carparking areas within Block 3 notwithstanding that said spaces may be included in the demise of Lettable Areas of Block 3 and all boundaries thereto.

  • Lettable Area(s) means the lettable area of the Land assessed for Rates and Taxes as determined by a surveyor engaged by the Council.

  • Nothing contained in or implied by this Lease shall give to the Tenant the benefit of or the right to enforce or to prevent the release or modification of any covenant, agreement or condition entered into by any tenant of the Landlord in respect of the other Lettable Areas within the Block or the Units.


More Definitions of Lettable Areas

Lettable Areas means those parts of the Building leased or intended to be leased to occupational tenants;
