Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal definition

Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal means the Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal in the form printed on blue paper accompanying the Offer and Circular;
Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal means the letter of acceptance and transmittal in the form accompanying the Offer to Purchase and Circular;
Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal means the letter of acceptance and transmittal in the form printed on blue paper, in the case of Shares, and on orange paper in the case of Warrants, accompanying the Offers to Purchase and Circular.

  • Where this Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal is executed by a person acting as an executor, administrator, trustee or guardian, or on behalf of a corporation, partnership or association or is executed by any other person acting in a representative capacity, such person should so indicate when signing and this Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal must be accompanied by satisfactory evidence of the authority to act.

  • Unless otherwise directed in the Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal, such share certificate will be issued in the name of the registered holder of deposited Common Shares.

  • The accompanying Circular, Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal and Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, which are incorporated into and form part of the Offer, contain important information which should be read carefully before making a decision with respect to the Offer.

  • Whenever the Offer calls for documents to be delivered to a particular office of the Depositary, such documents will not be considered delivered unless and until they have been physically received at that particular office at the address listed in the Letter of Acceptance and Transmittal or Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, as applicable.
