Letter Stock definition

Letter Stock as applied to the Capital Stock of any corporation, means Capital Stock of any class or classes (however designated) which is intended to reflect the separate performance of certain of the businesses or operations conducted by such corporation or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Restricted Share Unit Award means a right to receive Ordinary Shares which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Bonus Stock means shares of Common Stock which are not subject to a Restriction Period or Performance Measures.

  • Award Shares means Shares covered by an outstanding Award or purchased under an Award.
