Letters of Transmittal definition

Letters of Transmittal has the meaning as set forth in Section 3.01(c)(ii).

Letters of Transmittal means, collectively, those certain Letters of Transmittal and Exit Consents by and among the Company and those Holders of Series B Notes tendering in the offer to exchange Series B Notes for Series C Notes.
