Low terrain means any area other than high terrain.
High terrain means any area having an elevation 900 feet or more above the base of the stack of a source.
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Yard Trimmings means grass clippings, leaves, wood chips from tree parts, and brush.
Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
Level Two 51% to 80% immersion:
(a) te reo Māori is for most of the time, the language of communication and instruction;
(b) English is accepted as a temporary language of instruction and communication;
(c) There is an agreement between the school and parents that the programme will achieve a particular level of immersion over a specified period of time;
(d) The level of fluency of the teacher will vary considerably, from not very fluent to native-like fluency;
(e) There is a reliance on kaiarahi reo to increase the amount of spoken Māori in the programme;
(f) It is expected that not all students in the programme will interact freely in Māori.
Level 4 means a project of greater than 550 kWac and not more than 1 MWac.
Level 2 means a charging system that provides charging through a two-hundred- eight to two-hundred-forty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.
Level 1 means a charging system that provides charging through a one-hundred- twenty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.
Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.
Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

Dark pattern means a user interface designed or manipulated with the substantial effect of subverting or impairing user autonomy, decision- making, or choice and includes any practice the Federal Trade Commission refers to as a “dark pattern.”
