ICO Agreement or “this ICO Agreement” means the agreement entered into between OpenNet and the Requesting Licensee on the terms and conditions specified in OpenNet’s approved ICO, which shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Code;

  • The Master ICO Agreement, including the Annexes, shall apply unless and to the extent amended or supplemented by the provisions of this Service Schedule.

  • Save as expressly amended and/or supplemented by this Agreement, or if the context requires otherwise, the terms of the Approved ICO (as may be amended from time to time, and including but not limited to Schedules 2, 15, 16 and 18) shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this Agreement, with the necessary modifications for application to this Agreement instead of an ICO Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise defined in this Supplementary Agreement or the context otherwise requires, all capitalised terms used in this Supplementary Agreement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the ICO Agreement.
