LIBOR Rate Basis definition

LIBOR Rate Basis means, for any LIBOR Advance for any Interest Period therefor, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Reuters Screen LIBO Page as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period; provided, however, if more than one rate is specified on Reuters Screen LIBO Page, the applicable rate shall be the arithmetic mean of all such rates.
LIBOR Rate Basis means, for any LIBOR Advance for any Interest Period therefor, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Telerate Page 3750 (or any successor page) as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period. Examples of LIBOR Rate Basis in a sentence

  • A simple per annum interest rate equal to the sum of (a) the quotient of (i) the LIBOR Rate Basis divided by (ii) one minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage, stated as a decimal, plus (b) the Applicable Margin.

  • For any day a fluctuating rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the Applicable Margin plus (b) highest of (i) the Federal Funds Rate Basis plus 1/2 of 1%, (ii) the rate of interest in effect for such day as publicly announced from time to time by Bank of America as its “prime rate,” and (iii) the LIBOR Rate Basis plus 1.00%.

More Definitions of LIBOR Rate Basis

LIBOR Rate Basis means the applicable LIBOR Rate charged to the Lender under the Credit Agreement.
LIBOR Rate Basis means, for any Interest Period, the interest rate per annum (rounded upward to the nearest 1/16th of one percent) determined by Administrative Lender at approximately 9:00 a.m., on the Business Day before the first day of such Interest Period to be the offered quotations that appear on the Xxxxxx'x Screen LIBO page for dollar deposits in the London interbank market for a length of time approximately equal to the Interest Period for the LIBOR Advance sought by Company. If at least two such offered quotations appear on the Xxxxxx'x Screen LIBO page, the LIBOR Rate shall be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward to the nearest 1/16th of one percent) of such offered quotations, as determined by Administrative Lender. If the Xxxxxx'x Screen LIBO page is not available or has been discontinued, the LIBOR Rate Basis shall be the rate per annum that Administrative Lender determines to be the arithmetic mean (rounded as aforesaid) of the per annum rates of interest at which deposits in dollars in an amount approximately equal to the principal amount of, and for a length of time approximately equal to the Interest Period for, the LIBOR Advance sought by Company are offered to Administrative Lender in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at 11:00 a.m., London time, on the date which is the Business Day prior to the first day of an Interest Period.

If at least two such offered quotations appear on the Reutxx'x Xxxeen LIBO page, the Libor Rate shall be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward to the nearest 1/16th of one percent) of such offered quotations, as determined by Bank. If the Reutxx'x Xxxeen LIBO page is not available or has been discontinued, the Libor Rate Basis shall be the rate per annum that Bank determines to be the arithmetic mean (rounded as aforesaid) of the per annum rates of interest at which deposits in dollars in an amount approximately equal to the principal amount of, and for a length of time approximately equal to the Libor Rate Interest Period for, the Libor Rate Election sought by Borrower are offered to Bank in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at 11:00 a.m., London time, on the date which is three Business Days prior to the first day of a Libor Rate Interest Period.
