LIBOR Rate Revolving Loan definition

LIBOR Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan during any period in which it bears interest based on the LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Rate Revolving Loan means the Revolving Loan, to the extent that it bears interest at the LIBOR Rate.
