Licence Transfers definition

Licence Transfers means, in relation to the Assets, the transfer of any permits, approvals, licences and authorizations (collectively, "Licences") granted by any applicable Governmental Authority but subject to the provisions of Sections 8.5 and 8.7 hereof;
