License Expiration definition

License Expiration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
License Expiration means the date of expiration of the License Agreement with respect to Japan under Section 10.1 thereof.

Related to License Expiration

  • License expiration date means June 30 of even-numbered years.
