License Reinstatement definition

License Reinstatement means the action by the Department of Motor Vehicles to return to an individual the legal privilege of driving as provided in 23 V.S.A. § 1209a.

License Reinstatement means the return of a license which has lapsed or been in a suspended or inactive status for two years or less for any reason

Examples of License Reinstatement in a sentence

• A producer’s license may be reinstated if the producer submits an Application of License Reinstatement and pays the renewal fee within thirty (30) days of expiration.

• Application for such restoration shall be made to State Board counsel in accordance with State Board License Reinstatement and License Restoration Applications Policy 5.500.

• Section 108 License Reinstatement The Board may reinstate a license to any contractor whose license has been revoked, reduced, or early reinstatement of a suspended license, provided a majority of the Board votes in favor of such reinstatement for such reason, as the Board may deem sufficient.
