License Reinstatement definition

License Reinstatement means the action by the Department of Motor Vehicles to return to an individual the legal privilege of driving as provided in 23 V.S.A. § 1209a.
License Reinstatement means the return of a license which has lapsed or been in a suspended or inactive status for two years or less for any reason
