Licensed Combination definition

Licensed Combination means any Licensed Products which contain, in addition to one or more Licensed Compounds, one or more other active ingredients having independent therapeutic or prophylactic effect;
Licensed Combination means any drug combination in the Chalice Database that consists of an SSA.
Licensed Combination means Prednisporin and the Additional Licensed Combinations.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, and in consideration of the rights granted by Supernus hereunder, United Therapeutics shall pay Supernus, or an Affiliate of Supernus designated in writing, the following Milestone Payments as pertaining to the development of Licensed Products or Licensed Combination Products for a second indication, contingent upon the occurrence of the corresponding specified contingent Milestone Event detailed below.

  • Fovea hereby grants to CombinatoRx a right of reference to the Fovea Generated Data relating to Licensed Combinations, for CombinatoRx to Exploit products outside the Licensed Combination Field.

  • The Prosecuting Party is permitted to take action that results in a non-final loss of Intellectual Property covering the Licensed Combinations in the Licensed Combination Field, provided the Prosecuting Party resumes prosecution of such Intellectual Property within a reasonable time period consistent with sound prosecution strategy.

  • The Prosecuting Party will not take any action that will result in the final loss of Intellectual Property covering the Licensed Combinations in the Licensed Combination Field without the written consent of the Non-Prosecuting Party, such consent not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld.

More Definitions of Licensed Combination

Licensed Combination means the SSA drug combinations in the Chalice Database identified in writing by Fovea prior to the Effective Date, as such list may be modified pursuant to Section 4.3 hereof.
Licensed Combination means and be limited solely to a combination resulting from incorporation of a Licensed Product with other components into a larger assembly wherein the larger assembly is covered by a claim in a Licensed Patent and the sale of the Licensed Product for use in that larger assembly would constitute contributory infringement of such claim as defined in 35 U.S.C. (S) 271(c) without regard to the clause reading "knowing the same to be especially made or especially adapted for use in an infringement of such patent," and, further, wherein such larger assembly, or any such other component, is not separately covered by any Other Claim in any patent of a licensing party.

Related to Licensed Combination

  • UNE Combination means a combination of two (2) or more Unbundled Network Elements that were or were not previously combined or connected in Qwest's network, as required by the FCC, the Commission or this Agreement.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Combination means an event in which the Company consolidates with, merges with or into, or sells all or substantially all its property and assets to another Person.

  • Serviced Loan Combination A Loan Combination that is being serviced pursuant to this Agreement. The only Serviced Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are the Loan Combinations as to which “Serviced” is set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Servicing Type,” together with any Servicing Shift Loan Combinations. A Servicing Shift Loan Combination will no longer be a Serviced Loan Combination on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Companion Diagnostic means a device which is essential for the safe and effective use of a corresponding medicinal product to:

  • Business Combination Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.

  • Initial Business Combination means the acquisition by the Company, whether through a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, recapitalization or similar type of transaction, of one or more business or entities (“Target Business” or “Target Businesses”), whose collective fair market value is equal to at least 80% of the balance in the Trust Account and resulting in ownership by the Company or the holders of IPO Shares of at least 51% of the voting equity interests of the Target Business or Businesses or all or substantially all of the assets of the Target Business or Businesses;

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Third Party Sale means any sale for resale in interstate commerce to a Power Purchaser that is not designated as part of Network Load under the Network Integration Transmission Service but not including a sale of energy through the PJM Interchange Energy Market established under the PJM Operating Agreement.

  • Combination carrier means a ship designed to carry either oil or solid cargoes in bulk.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Biomarker means a parameter or characteristic in a patient or Patient Sample, the measurement of which is useful (a) for purposes of selecting appropriate therapies or patient populations or monitoring disease susceptibility, severity or state, or monitoring therapies for such patient and/or (b) for predicting the outcome of a particular treatment of such patient.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Business Combination Date means the date upon which a Business Combination is consummated.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a Licensed Product and on a country-by-country basis, a product that [***].

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Loan Combination shall include any successor REO Mortgage Loan and the related successor REO Companion Loan(s) (or the related deemed Companion Loan(s), if applicable)). The only Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are identified in the Loan Combination Table.
