Licensed Developers definition

Licensed Developers means Your employees or third-party contractors authorized to develop software specifically for You using the Software in accordance with this Agreement.
Licensed Developers means one of Your employees or third-party consultants authorized to develop Your Integrated Products specifically for You using the Software in accordance with this Agreement. Licensed Developers must correspond to the maximum number of seats You have purchased from Progress hereunder. This means that, at any given time, the number of Licensed Developers cannot exceed the number of seats that You have purchased from Progress and for which You have paid Progress all applicable License Fees pursuant to this Agreement. The Software is in “use” on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g. hard disk or other storage device). Your Licensed Developers may install the Software on multiple machines, so long as the Software is not being used simultaneously for development purposes at any given time by more Licensed Developers than You have seats.
Licensed Developers means all individuals, specified by 'First Name' and 'Last Name' in the registration process prior to downloading the Software, who have accepted this Agreement. A Licensed Developer may be an independent consultant or contractor to the Licensed Organization. "Licensed Organization" means the company, organization, or other legal entity that you specify as 'Company/Organization' in the registration process prior to downloading the Software. If you do not specify a valid legal entity as the 'Company/Organization', you are the Licensed Organization.

Examples of Licensed Developers in a sentence

  • If you purchase a Developer License to the Progress Telerik JustMock Product (either as an individual Product identified in the Order or as included in the DevTools collection(s) identified in the Order), your Licensed Developers may install and use the Progress Telerik JustMock Product Package in object code form only.

  • In addition, you may also permit your Licensed Developers to install one instance of the Progress Telerik Report Server Product in object code form only on up to two Development Domains (each a “Development Instance”).

  • Licensee may not create a programmatic interface that makes use of the Licensed Software application programming interfaces for use by any party other than Licensed Developers and must ensure that persons other than Licensed Developers do not have programmatic access to the Licensed Software either directly or indirectly.

The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.
