Licensed occupational therapist definition
Licensed occupational therapist means a person holding a valid license under Chapter 4755. of the Revised Code as an occupational therapist.
Licensed occupational therapist. (OT/L) means an individual who holds a current valid license as an occupational therapist from the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board according to Chapter 4755. of the Revised Code.
