Licensed Operators definition

Licensed Operators. : means any person who, for the time being, has the benefit of a Licence granted under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law;
Licensed Operators means a business or an individual which holds a valid License under applicable regulation in the respective U.S. State;
Licensed Operators means persons licensed by the State of California to cultivate, manufacture and sell cannabis or cannabis-related products.
