If a Service requires Interconnection with Other Licensed Operators, then we are only responsible and liable for the part of the Service under our direct control.
Where we are the party contracting for Service with the Other Licensed Operator, we will undertake to make payment for such Service directly to such Other Licensed Operators.
We may negotiate and enter into a contract for a Service with Other Licensed Operators on your behalf as part of the provision of a Service.

The Licensee shall not make use of network or traffic data, traffic profiles or any other data of any nature which become available to it directly or indirectly as a result of entering into Interconnection arrangements or otherwise as a result of carrying Messages, in any way which, in the reasonable opinion of the JCRA, would unduly prefer the interests of any business carried on by the Licensee or an Associated Company of the Licensee, or place Other Licensed Operators at an unfair disadvantage.
In addition, we may pass on and share information with other Licensed Operators and/or law enforcement authorities which may be requested for the detection and prevention of theft and fraud and/or any other criminal activity.

Access to the Mobile Network outside the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man is only available where we have put in place appropriate roaming arrangements with Other Licensed Operators.
Where a dispute remains unresolved between the Licensee and Other Licensed Operators or between the Licensee and a Customer or where a complaint is referred directly to the Authority, the Authority may resolve the matter in accordance with the Federal Law by Decree No. (3) of 2003, its amendments, Executive Order and the Regulatory Framework.
