Licensed Product Documentation definition

Licensed Product Documentation means the offering and/or service descriptions, installation and instructional guides and training materials generally provided by Delta to clients for use in connection with a Licensed Product.

  • Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, all end users acquire the Licensed Product, Documentation and Services with only those rights set forth herein.

  • Regulatory Documentation means all applications, registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals (including all Approvals), all correspondence submitted to or received from Regulatory Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Authority), all supporting documents and all Clinical Trials and tests, including the manufacturing batch records, relating to a Product, and all data contained in any of the foregoing, including all regulatory drug lists, advertising and promotion documents, adverse event files and complaint files.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.
