Licensee Territory definition

Licensee Territory means the world outside the Exelixis Territory.
Licensee Territory means (a) with respect to the TAK-385 Licensed Compound or a TAK-385 Licensed Product, worldwide excluding the Takeda Territory and (b) with respect to the TAK-448 Licensed Compound or a TAK-448 Licensed Product, worldwide.
