A license simply to the logo might be overbroad. Again, it is important to use the Annex to limited the scope of the license grant.   • Resident understands that it is Resident's responsibility to have packages addressed to Resident in the same name Resident registered with Licensor, Xxxx Xxx College, EHS-II and the Residence Hall, and any package not sent in such name may be returned to sender.

  • Each of Licensor, Xxxx Xxx College and EHS-II may exercise any and all rights it may have under this License Agreement and under applicable laws in the event Resident fails to vacate the Room and the Residence Hall upon such termination.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.
