Life Assurance Member definition

Life Assurance Member means an individual who is in Life Assurance Membership under rule 2.9 (being prospectively entitled to a lump-sum death benefit under Section 8).
Life Assurance Member means an Employee who has been admitted to and remains in membership of the Scheme under sub-Rule 2.
Life Assurance Member means a person who has been admitted to the Fund under Rule 1.1 of the Life Assurance Section Rules (Life Assurance Members) and who has not ceased to be a Life Assurance Member under Rule 1.2 of the Life Assurance Section Rules (Ceasing to be a Life Assurance Member).
